What documents do I need to register a Company?
You'll need certified ID copies for all Directors, contact
details and proposed Company Names. Certain situations may
require additional documents - we will confirm this once you
contact us.
How long does a Company Registration take?
Timeframes depend on CIPC workload. Once we have your documents
and information, we'll confirm the current processing timeline
and keep you updated.
What happens if I don't file Annual Returns?
Penalties are charged and the Company can eventually be
deregistered. We can help catch up outstanding Returns and
address any non-compliance notices.
What is a Beneficial Ownership (BO) submission?
BO records identify the natural persons who ultimately own or
control a Company. CIPC requires these details to be submitted
and kept up to date.
Can you help if my Company is already deregistered?
